I just re-installed windows and now when I press my @ key, I get a “, and when I press my ” key I get @….

How do I change it back to @=@ and “=”????

Answer:
My Computer > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options

change the keyboard layout to British/UK. You may also want to change everything else, like the time to BST and the language to English (British).

Answer:
its because when you re-did windows you didnt set the language of your computer to match the keyboard. so you would have set it to us keyboard style. you need it to uk keyboard style. after reading through various pages ive come to the conclusion that you need to re-install windows…again. that seems to be the only way of correcting the problem properly…

peace
