d/loads are interupted after 20 mins approx. feel i might need to adjust a setting but which and where? or do i need to contact isp provider? i want it continuous

Answer:
-click on the icon for your modem/connection on your desktop or system tray

-click on the 'Properties' button

-click the 'Options' tab

there will be an option something along the lines of 'idle time before hanging up' and a drop down menu next to it where you can increase the time, even though im not sure that the connection would be classed as 'idle' if downloading things.

if you still have problems, click on help or contact your ISP

I get that problem now with Firefox. Just go File, and where it states 'Work Offline' there should be a tick. Click on it to untick.
