does anyone no why its not responding i scanned my computer for virus and spyware already?? i have windows vista on a toshiba equium

it use to happen to me but my granda gave me a faster personal and that only happens to me like…once per month or something nd when you clic on something it comes up lie that.

ctrl alt del>start task manager>application>click on the program that is not responding>click end task.This should stop the program that’s not responding.
