Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
I got told that it was drivers but didnt have a cd with my pc. can anyone help with this pls….Thank You
Answer:
Go to Realtek>com and download driver AC 97 that’ll get you sound
Answer:
Go to make and model of your computers website.
Click on there support tab.
You can download drivers for free.
Download and run.
Then check device manager to see if they’re installed correctly.
If downloading and running the drivers and checking device manager don’t work uninstall the sound card via device manager reboot the machine and found new hardware wizard should install it.
Easy thing is to check nothing is muted in your sound options and all sliders are fully up.
Answer:
XP doesn't put sound drivers in. You have to do that yourself. If you dont have the CD then you have to go to the download page for your computer model if its a store-bought or to the boards download page if its a custom. Windows also puts generic video drivers in. Should download and install the latest and greatest for it too.
Answer:
First restart computer, make sure speakers are properly connected and power is on. If this doesn't work, then go into start, settings, control panel, sound speakers & audio and try to make sure those settings and tests are correct. If all these don't work then it may be more technical.
Answer:
Make sure that all cables and connectors are properly fitted and seated
You did not tell me your personal name and model, however there is two known websites that offer drivers for free and they are trusted websites - all you need to do is register

Good-luck
Answer:
