2. You’ve a virus/malware that is giving you this error.

Try windows Xp as it is clear your printer has a USB cable . u should plug your printer usb cable and its power cable then restart your personal and print ant page from Word or a test page . It will work perfectly.

what this means is that you need to have an admin account to install if you’re using linux that means you need to log on as root if you’re using windows that means you need to logon as admin.
