1. Are you the administrator account? If not do you have full rights? Is this XP or Vista?

2. You’ve a virus/malware that is giving you this error.

what this means is that you need to have an admin account to install if you’re using linux that means you need to log on as root if you’re using windows that means you need to logon as admin.
