The fan on my graphics card doesnt always come on when i turn the personal on?

Hello, I have a nvidia geforce 7600gs graphics card, and everytime i turn on the computer on the fan on it doesnt come on, i mean it works but i have to stick my hand in (which is a bit bothering lol) and like turn it then it will start going by itself, but should i worry about it ?, or just leave it ?, because it worries me but i wouldnt think its that serious, because it has the heatsink, then i have 3 case fans alone, then the amd fan and the power supply fan, so should i just stop worrying about it because i have those fans and if it doesnt come on, it doesnt come on? or should i get a new fan (if i can)?, or get a new graphics card?, i dont really need a “high end” graphics card because i dont really game so what should i do?
Thanks
Answer:
Don't ever put your hand inside the comp when its on, you won't get a static jump but you will get a kick even a severe one. The price of nvidias has dropped significantly purchase a new card with passive cooling (no fan). You may be running too many fans of an underpowered PSU. I'm on a 400 watt on a sempron 1 cpu fan and the psu fan, i used to have another 3 case fans lovely blue led's but the power consumption was too great for the 400 watt PSU. But i suspect the bearings have gone on your graphics card fan. Best way to know is a really harsh sound coming from the graphics card.

Take the side panel off ,make sure the personal is off also, and look to see if your video card is seated properly. If thats not the problem, get a new card.
