well i just reply in other manner…

usuall the account is made. at logon screen press Alt Ctrl Del thrice….

type Administrator in username box…

after that go to desktop.. put an icon of my personal throug desktop properties….

right click my computer…. click on manage..

go to… local users and groups in left side pane.. click on users…

select the account name…. not administrator… right click on it and Set password…

u need not to verify your old password…
