I want to connect something to my computer that has a “female” USB connector. I can't plug that into a USB port so I need a Male-Male USB wire. Can you get those?

Yes, you can find those at some personal stores, or online (e.g. at the link below). However, that's a very odd setup. I've never heard of any USB device that needs to be connected that way. You might want to make sure that's really what you want to do.

if it has a female USB port then it probably isn't designed to plug into a PC and if you did get an adapter you might very well do some damage to your PC or the device, what exactly are you trying to use?
