Is there any software/website (preferably free) that can act a central site for all my emails. Checking four different email inbox's… hotmail, gmail etc… takes too long.

if it wasn't for the fact you use hotmail I would say just use gmail to check them, as gmail can check other email addresses for you and add the emails to that account. but hotmail doesn't play ball with anyone else.

so I would state use one program to download them all, like mozilla thunderbird.

I would have thought the easiest thing to do is to choose which inbox you want to use and then with the others set them up to automatically forward them to that inbox when they hit their respective servers.

A friend of mine has several email addresses and that is what he did. So now all he does is open one email client and all the emails from all over are in that one box.

Why dont you use Microsoft Outlook on your PC or Mozilla Thunderbird?

You can manage all your emails in one inbox on your PC then
