My Ebay account is suspended because I was late paying my seller fees. I paid them earlier with Paypal but it is still suspended.

Why is it showing as unclaimed? How long will Ebay take to claim it and unsuspend my account?

I’ve been late paying my fees before on ebay but never actually got to the stage where I have been suspended. I cant understand why, if you clicked on the link to pay your fees by paypal then they havent gone straight onto your account. When you paid by paypal they should have sent you a confirmation email. This should have a receipt number on it somewhere. Ring ebay customer service on 020 8080 2105 and explain to them that you are still suspended and they should reinstate you straight away.

Perhaps Ebay just want to make the point that there’s no free service unless you pay on time and on demand. You couldn't do your weekly shop and pay next week, could you? I guess they let people sweat it out to bring the point hoime. But why aren't you asking Ebay this very question … after all, the ball is in their court … and being in hospital is of course good cause ..just tell them!
