That’s the point. No one wants to pay for youtube. Why would they. So it's for people who don't want to make an actual film. It's sort of like practice. Or for people that took a video of something cool. You can't sell a video of of a dog jumping around or you going to Disney world, or a review of a product so you post it on youtube. If you want to make money I'm sure there are plenty of other opportunities. also not everybody wants to sell them they just want to be famous. For cash get a site and make a show.
