Is coming up on my pc and is blocking my Google Toolbar and the mozilla as well.

Can anyone give me some information about it please?

Ask toolbar isn’t malware, if you do not wish to use it go to add remove programs in your operating system and look for ask toolbar. Click to uninstall. In the future watch what you click when installing programs. There will be a box that is automatically checked when you install.
