yes of course,e-buyer sell oem software(original equipment manufactuer) to sell to system builders so as long as you buy another piece of hardware such as a mouse or keyboard then this is fine
oem versions of windows however have limited support and warranty so only purchase o.e.m versions if you comprehend windows and the installation process,as microsoft will give you little assistance if you get stuck
however you are more than welcome to contact me if you’ve any problems during the installation process

boy that's just a copy of windows nothing more…. don't wast your money get into the 2008 operating systems era don't go back to the year 2000, why run a old 32 bit operating system when you can have a 64 bit operating system for nothing with all the software free
