Is there any Software out there that improves video quility…but adding sharpness or more pixels?

I don't care if it costs or if it is free, i just want to know if there are any software that improves video quility, like the things they use to make High Defination videos.
Please can you name a few or one, software that does it for you because i am not quilified in that sort of thing.

Like the man said, you can play around and make the image a little sharper with various programs. That might help. Not always though.
The video quality and pixel depth are put their when the camera takes the picture. After that, well you can't add what isn't there.
OTOH I know that Topaz Moment can take some pretty good screen captures. You might want to check into their other software which is supposed to improve video quality.

Resolution was given by the capturing device (video camera). After that, you can only play around with the video file and add effects, adjust color, sharpness, contrast, etc.
You can do this with several programs, if you look for something free, try this site: http://freesoftware-depot.blogspot.com
Just keep in mind that your video camera gave the real image quality, you can't get more video information than your camera gave you already. If somebody gave you 10$ you just can't make them look like 1000$. ![]()
